SoulQuest is founded on the belief that leadership begins within.

It invites you to ask: Who must I become in order to live, lead and contribute with love, purpose and integrity?

Our philosophy is that embodied leadership is the pathway to both personal transformation and meaningful impact. It brings together the inner work of self-discovery, the lived practice of personal accountability, and the desire to serve something greater than ourselves.

The destinations, adventure, community, and group dynamic were all very powerful. I think the greatest value was in the people we were with. The amazing relationships that were formed, the amount that we get to learn from each other. Watching others grow and be authentic in that growth is so wildly powerful. And also the locations - the outsides mirroring insides. The feeling of going on a journey together, a physical one, and an inner one, all together - is such a powerful metaphor for life itself.

The container was new for me, the facilitation and personal development work was really amazing and it is obvious that a lot of love and talent has been poured into this creation. Interspersing that with amazing destinations and experiences works to help keep walls and defenses down while reprogramming and building new insights.

SoulQuest is a group travel experience with retreat elements. We delve into the spirit of what it means to be a modern day warrior, we investigate what it means to go through a modern rite of passage and initiation into our next selves, and we learnt what it really means to be self-accountable and committed to our goals and the person we want to be. It's really about becoming your best self and moving into the next version of yourself.

A quest into the depths of self through a combination of adventure, somatic exercises, team building, community bonding, self expression and development. It is an immersive conscious way of travelling that felt like a soul retreat. It was laughter and amazement. A groundbreaking thought and soul provoking journey.

SoulQuest was a whirlwind of travel and experience, mixed with intense group therapy aimed at personal growth and creating a more engaged, connected and impactful society.
